Master of Engineering in Manufacturing Project
 
 
Completing a summer project in a manufacturing topic is one of the key requirements of the Master of Engineering in Manufacturing (M. Eng. in Mfg.) degree. Here are some options:
Project offered full-time, part-time, distance learning:
The student completes his/her summer project through InterPro's practicum. The project is a hands-on project provided by InterPro. Students who pursue this option may opt for performing research on a topic with industrial relevance in lieu of the practicum.
Project offered full-time only:

The student completes his/her summer project through the Tauber Institute for Global Operations (Tauber Institute) . The project is a hands-on team project provided by the Tauber Institute . Teams of 2-3 business and engineering students work full-time on-site through the duration of the project. Refer to the Tauber Institute for further details. The Tauber Institute coordinates the joint operations and manufacturing activities between the College of Engineering and the Ross School of Business .
