Students need to set up an appointment to finalize their plan of study for their coursework with Henia Kamil and then their program advisor before signing up for classes. Each department has sample plans of study that students can reference when planning courses. If a student wishes to substitute a class, the student needs to get approval from Henia. Students can also speak with faculty advisors in the program but the plan of study must be approved by Henia and on file in the office. Any changes with the plan of study need to get approval from Henia. Below are links to the various plan of study files. After downloading, the necessary information can be entered into the form and printed out. All files are in pdf format.

To set up an appointment with your advisor, contact the program secretary to assist you:

Students who plan on taking courses via distance learning have a limited number of courses to choose from, therefore, their plan of studies are more regimented.
